Our design service ensures that your kitchen design is fit for purpose, meets with EHO approval and safety requirements. This service is completely independent of any equipment provider. We can however, help with equipment tender processes.
- Identify the requirements specific to your business including structure, equipment, food storage, preparation, cooking and service facilities.
- Identify the facilities required for patrons and staff.
- Segregate process and provide linear workflow to plan and minimise the risk of food contamination.
- Detail the requirements for water, effluent, refuse disposal and ventilation, as per regulations.
- Work closely with the site engineer from conception to turn-key stage.
- Ability to design within building limitation be it size, conservation or budget.
