Food Safety Audits – Our Food Safety Audits are designed to help businesses validate their Food Safety Management System to ensure they have implemented HACCP as per their documentation and are operating to the required standard e.g BRC Certification, Bord Bia, Regulation 853/2004.

Our experienced food safety auditors will support you in identifying food hygiene risks and recommend the appropriate corrective action providing the peace of mind that your business is compliant.

HACCP Plan Design/Update – Food business operators are legally obliged to put in place, implement and maintain a system based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles. We have developed HACCP Manuals for a wide variety of food businesses all along the food supply chain ensuring businesses are HACCP certified.

This HACCP manual will also act as a point of reference for all employees, helping them to implement an effective food safety system and create awareness of potential or existing food safety issues and responsibilities.

Rest Assured Agreement – The Rest Assured Agreement gives Owners & Managers complete peace of mind that their business is managed to the highest standards & is fully compliant with legislative requirements. The Rest Assured Agreement is a package of services designed to ensure that a food business is operating to the highest quality and safety standards.

The Rest Assured Agreement includes

  1. The development and update of a HACCP Plan
  2. Four food safety inspections per year
  3. Unlimited access to Level 1 Basic Food Safety Training
  4. Unlimited access to Level 2 Food Hygiene Training
  5. Support with any food poisoning complaints
  6. Support with resolving any issues identified by the EHO, Vet or SFPA officer.
