The Food Safety Company (FSC) is Ireland’s leading provider in complete training and compliance solutions for Food Safety and Health and Safety in Ireland. The FSC established in 2000 by Managing Director, Mary Daly, comprises a team of food safety and health and safety consultants with exceptional experience. Mary leads the FSC as a proficient leader to both consultants and managerial staff and holds over twenty-five years’ experience of EU Regulations 852, Health and Safety Standards and Irish Standards 340.
Our goal is to ensure the smooth, effective, and successful operation of a business by eliminating risk and managing safety protocols efficiently in relation to food safety, health and safety, cleaning, and infection.

The FSC supports over 300 businesses nationwide ensuring food safety and health and safety compliance within manufacturing, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our company provides extensive gap analysis, in-depth inspections identifying non-conformances/risks, food safety documentation including policies, procedures, and pre-requisite programmes, health and safety documentation including safety statements, risk assessments policies, and procedures, as well as site-specific cleaning standards.

The FSC has launched ‘Hygiene Assured’ certification which is designed to scientifically validate hygiene standards in the Food Industry to facilitate businesses across Ireland. The certification will provide reassurance for staff, customers, and regulatory authorities.
