Róisín Corrigan joined The Food Safety Company in April 2018. She worked in catering for over 15 years while taking a lead role in food safety operations throughout all employment. Her qualifications include Professional Cookery LYIT & BA Culinary Arts (Hons) DIT. She completed the full suite of food safety training provided by the trainers within the Food Safety Professionals Association (FSPA), up to level 6 courses in HACCP. This was followed by completion of Food Standards Auditing and finally Training, Delivery & Evaluation course. Most recently she qualified as a manual handling instructor. As an experienced food safety auditor, her work includes consulting with a broad range of clients and assists food businesses in the Dublin and surrounding areas with HACCP implementation, food safety compliance and training and delivery of in-house food safety training. Róisín is a member of the FSPA.
