Shannon Manning
Food Safety Consultant & Trainer
Shannon joined our team in September 2022. Shannon is a recent graduate of University College Cork where she studied International Development and Food Policy and obtained a Bachelors Honours Degree. Shannon has years of experience in the food industry, working in a delicatessen in Cork City.
Shannon’s role in the company is a Food Safety Consultant. This role entails conducting food safety audits, implementing HACCP plans and delivering food safety training for a series of clients in County Cork and the surrounding areas of Munster.
She has previously completed the QQI Level 5 Implementing Food Safety Management Systems and the QQI Level 6 Conducting Food Standards Auditing course.
