Rebecca is a graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology. Rebecca’s academic qualifications are unique in that she holds a BSc in Agricultural Science and completed her BSc Honours in Food Science and Innovation. Rebecca is a native of Cappoquin in Co. Waterford. Her studies cover all aspects of food “from farm to fork”.
She is an experienced worker in the hospitality sector, having worked in restaurants/cafes for a number of years in the Waterford area.
Rebecca is a qualifed and experienced trainer having completed “Train the Trainer” and is also a qualified Manual Handling Training Instructor.
She is also a licensed Food Safety Trainer under the Environmental Health Association of Ireland (EHAI) and delivers this Level 2 Course to the public in Dooley’s Hotel, Waterford on a monthly basis. She is also licensced to deliver Level 3 Management of Food Hygiene, on behalf of the National Hygiene Partnership (NHP)
Rebecca assists our clients with HACCP compliance in both Waterford City and County and our East Cork clients also.
