This virtual training covers the requirements as set out under Regulation (EC) 1169/2011 on the provision of Food Information to Consumers (FIC) which was introduced in December 2014. Food business operators have a legal requirement responsibility to provide correct food allergen information to consumers. This course covers the requirements to enable your business comply with this regulation.
