Róisín Corrigan joined The Food Safety Company in April 2018. She worked in the food & hospitality industry for over 15 years while taking a lead role in food safety operations throughout all employment. As an experienced food safety auditor, her work has included consulting with a broad range of clients and assisting the food businesses in the Dublin and surrounding areas with HACCP implementation, food safety compliance and training and delivery of in-house food safety training. Róisín has worked closely with a number of key clients to support them with the Management of their Food Safety Systems and engagment with the Department of Agriculture and Health Service Executive.
Róisín’s qualifications include Professional Cookery LYIT & BA Culinary Arts (Hons) DIT Dublin. She completed the full suite of food safety training provided by the trainers within the Food Safety Professionals Association (FSPA), up to level 6 courses in HACCP. This was followed by completion of Food Standards Auditing and finally Training, Delivery & Evaluation course. She has obtained qualifications as a Manual Handling Instructor and as a BRC Lead Auditor.
