Originally hailing from London, Michael has amassed over 15 years of invaluable experience in the hospitality industry, backed by a strong foundation in food & beverage management. With a multifaceted skill set encompassing Health & Safety and Food Safety, he excels at delivering comprehensive training programs and in-depth audits that actively elevating safety protocols. Michael holds a Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management and is currently studying for a Masters of Science in Food Safety & Sustainability Management in Technological University Dublin (TUD). Michael proudly serves as a First Aid Responder within St John Ambulance, further showcasing his dedication to public welfare.
