Jennifer Joined FSC in 2021 as a Safety Consultant and Trainer. She has over 30 years’ experience working in the food and retail industry. She previously spent 10 years working at management level in 5 Star Hotels in the UK and Ireland ( Hilton Hotels, Hanbury Manor, Hertfordshire and The Merrion Dublin). Jennifer worked as a catering Manager with Dublin Bus/Irish Rail. She then worked in Retail Store Operations Management with M&S for 17 years’ managing Food Safety & Fire Health, and Safety
Jennifer is also an Account Coordinator for UK Clients and works with a number of Key Clients for The Food Safety Company.
Among her experience Jennifer gained many qualifications to include, NEBOSH Occupational Health & Safety, CQI & IRCA ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor (OH & SMS), QQI Level 6 Food Standard Auditing Special Purpose Award , QQI level 5 HACCP Implementation, QQI Level 6 Training Delivery and Evaluation, Fire Safety Instructor including Fire Warden & Fire Extinguisher Instructor, Evacuation Chair Instructor & QQI Level 6 Manual Handling Instructor.
