Catherine Deasy joined The Food Safety Company in February 2019. She has a BSc in Nutritional Sciences from University College Cork and MSc in Public Health Nutrition from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. A native of Clonakilty she comes from a hospitality background with many years’ experience in the catering industry.
She has previously completed Level 3 The Management of Food Hygiene with the National Hygiene Partnership, QQI Level 6 Training Delivery and Evaluation and QQI Level 6 Food Standards Auditing Course.
She is an experienced food safety auditor, certified trainer and assists clients in Cork and Tipperary with HACCP implementation, food safety compliance and training.
